Message the line to the fender bleed point is much larger in diameter than the line from the master to the slave. This larger volume of fluid dampens pulsations because brake fluid is slightly compressible.

The end result is you don't feel vibrations in the clutch pedal when you depress it.

My 240sx had the same thing. The problem with this setup on the Z is the fender mounted bleed point is not at the highest point. The line curves down slightly to the bleed screw. Because the line is bigger in diameter, it is difficult to push fluid through the line fast enough to push out the bubble.

If you insist on keeping the fender mounted bleed point, it helps to lift the front end up in air so that the bleed point becomes the highest point, or unscrew the bleed screw fitting from the fender and temporarily bend it up while bleeding, so the bubbles naturally rise to the bleed screw
